The Guardian Angel of Your City or Town

I think of Angels not only as divine beings, but also as divine energy fields that we can tap into whenever we choose, so in this post we’ll connect to the Guardian Angel of your city or town.

Sit for a moment with the awareness that this Angel exists and that it’s always there, continually pouring love and life force into the place you live, AND holding the pattern for the best unfolding of life within your town or city.

(And to make it easier, I’m going to simply refer to the place you live as a “city” from now on.)

Start by imagining yourself in the place you consider to be the “heart” of the city.

Use your own heart and ”feel” for the part of the city you feel most energetically connected to.

Then feel yourself sitting in this place, feeling fully in your body and grounded to the Earth, and fully connected to your own heart.

Next, focus on your heart and open to connect to the Guardian Angel of your city.
Sense its presence in whichever way feels most natural to you. (You’ll know you are on the right track when you feel more love in your heart.)

Now, holding in your awareness the presence of this Guardian Spirit, focus your attention on the Trees within this city, and feel your own love for them.

As you do this, thank the Angel of the city for flowing love and life force through a pattern of Highest Good to these Trees.

Now focus your attention on the birds within this city, and feel your own love for them.

As you do this, thank the Angel of the city for flowing love and life force through a pattern of Highest Good to these birds.

Now focus your attention on all the flowers within this city, and feel your own love for them.

As you do this, thank the Angel of the city for flowing love and life force through a pattern of Highest Good to these flowers.

Now focus your attention on the streets and roads within this city, and feel your own love for them.

As you do this, thank the Angel of the city for flowing love and life force through a pattern of Highest Good to these streets.

Now focus your attention on the bodies of water within this city, and feel your own love for them.

As you do this, thank the Angel of the city for flowing love and life force through a pattern of Highest Good to these bodies of water.

Now focus your attention on all the buildings within this city, and feel your own love for them. This may be a new idea, so give yourself a few moments to try it out.

As you do this, thank the Angel of the city for flowing love and life force through a pattern of Highest Good to these buildings.

Lastly, focus your attention on the people within this city, and feel your own love for them.

As you do this, thank the Angel of the city for flowing love, life force, and a pattern of Highest Good to every person.

Feel the love and wisdom of the Angel of the city shining into everyone and everything, and feel yourself at one with it.

When you feel complete, say thank you and set an intention to strengthen and expand your relationship with this beautiful being.

Now let’s go a level higher and connect with love and thanks to the original Guardian Spirit of the land your city is built on.

This Guardian Spirit holds the energetic blueprint of this location’s highest potential, and has worked to maintain its harmony, vitality, and Highest Good throughout the ages.

This Guardian Spirit continues to support the evolution of the land, even as things change over time.

Ground yourself into the love of the Earth, and feel that love rising up to fill you and surround you.

Fill your heart with love for all the life within your location, and connect through that love to the over-lighting Guardian Spirit who has always been there, and will always be there.

Thank this great Being, and spend a few moments communing with its energy.
