Guardian Word of the Week: Receive

Chapter 11 of my new book The Guardian Gateway is devoted to helping you open to receive, and this week we're engaging with the energy of Receiving.

As I say in the book, I'm willing to bet that you actually give much more than you receive. 

There can be lots of reasons for this: a hidden feeling of not being worthy, hidden emotional price tags, and so on. 

But I believe that everything you receive is really just an expression of the love the Universe has for you. 

So this week, let's focus on gaining the skill of receiving as we engage with the energy of the word:

Take note of what came up for you as you repeated the word. 

Now picture Source flowing love to you in the form of experiences, situations, and yes, things:

Open to receive as you continue to repeat the word. Keep noticing what you feel in your body. 

Know that every good thing you receive is Source love taking physical form, and relax into a new feeling of safety as you allow yourself to receive all the love the Universe has for you!
